Acceptance
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nila Stories.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose photo you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm this. You are responsible for ensuring the consent of any other individuals visible in uploaded images.
Acceptable use
You may not upload images of children who are not your own, upload illegal content, attempt to inject instructions into our AI pipeline, request content featuring trademarked characters (Disney, Peppa Pig, etc.), or resell generated content without our written permission.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your child's photos. Nila Stories retains ownership of the story text and structural templates. You receive a non-exclusive personal licence to the generated storybook for personal, non-commercial use. Generated content may not be resold or sub-licensed.
Payments & orders
All prices are displayed in INR (and AED for Gulf customers). Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise the charge. Printed books are made to order and cannot be cancelled once sent to print.
Refunds
See our Refund policy for details. Digital eBooks are non-refundable once downloaded. Printed books may be refunded if damaged in transit — contact us within 7 days with photos.
Limitation of liability
Nila Stories is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
