About Nila
"நிலா" — The moon that shines the same sky for every child, everywhere.
Nila (நிலா) means “moon” in Tamil. Like the moon, we believe every child deserves stories that shine equally bright — no matter which country their family calls home.
We build personalised bilingual storybooks for NRI families. A parent abroad uploads a photo, picks a theme, and we create a stylised cartoon avatar of their child — the hero of an original adventure told in both English and Tamil, side by side.
Our mission is simple: be the daily bridge home. One bedtime story at a time, connecting grandparents in Chennai with grandchildren in Dubai, linking parents in London with children in Coimbatore.
We are a small team building in Tamil Nadu. Every story we create is an original work — no licensed characters, no templates. Just your child, a moonlit adventure, and a family a little closer together.
