eBooks
Digital eBooks are non-refundable once the download link has been issued, as the personalised content has been created and delivered. If you have a technical issue accessing your eBook, contact us and we will re-issue your download link.
Printed books (paperback & hardcover)
Printed books are made to order. Once sent to our print partner, we cannot cancel the order. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and we will send a replacement at no charge.
Previews
If you are not happy with the preview before placing a print order, let us know. We will work with you to adjust the content before proceeding.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days.
